Our team of 5 veterinarians have a combined experience of nearly 100 years. We are always striving to achieve the highest veterinary care. Our current system for pet health care has state-of-art technology, diagnostic equipment, treatment setup, and preventative care.
Our team is committed to educating our clients on how to keep your pets healthy year-round, with good nutrition and exercise. The staff at Alpine Animal Hospital continues to be up to date on the latest advances in veterinarian technology.
Dr. Bray graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a bachelor of science in 2016. She then moved to Saskatoon to attend WCVM and graduated in 2020. Dr. Bray moved back to Winnipeg to be close to family and start her career here. She is passionate about Preventative care. She enjoys spending time with her Jack Russel Rocky and her hobbies include beading.
Dr. Nichol came back to Alpine Animal Hospital in 2021. She continues to enjoy making many relationships with her patients and clients.
She initially started out as a technologist in her younger years, but furthered her career and went to WCVM to get her Veterinarian degree.
She enjoys her free time with her 2 younger girls, and husband. Especially heading out to her little hide away in the Interlake area.
She has 2 Weimaraners, 3 cats and 1 kitty roommate.
Dr. Standish graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1978. He practiced for 3 years in a mixed practice in Alberta before moving to Winnipeg in 1981. He has a special interest in surgery; particularly orthopedic, ears, eyes and throat. His hobbies include gardening and photography. He has 3 grown children; a daughter and two sons and 3 grandchildren. Dr. Standish has no family pets currently but over the years have had both large and dogs and cats as pets. His goal is to “ensure that clients are completely informed and their problems are addressed and taken care of”.
