NEW SPAY/ NEUTER POLICY

We want to extend to all our clients that moving forward for any NEW PATIENTS that  book with our clinic for spay & neuter surgeries will be subject to a deposit at time of booking.

The deposit amount will be dependent on whether you are booking for a cat or dog. This will be applied to the final invoice of your pet’s surgery at the time of discharge.

The deposit can be paid over the phone with any major Credit Card or any VISA Debit/ Mastercard Debit.

Appointments that are canceled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled date or you NO SHOW your appointment, this deposit will be Non-refundable and you are subject to another deposit if rescheduling is needed.
